Most Americans understand the diet/disease connection
Most Americans understand the diet/disease connection but very few are able to make long-term changes to their regular eating habits. In fact, about 50% of our dinner meals are fast food, delivery or takeout from grocery store delis or restaurants. For many, the biggest barrier to a home cooked meal is time, others simply lack cooking skills. For the many Americans who are trying to follow a special diet because of health concerns, these barriers plus having to worry about carbohydrates, saturated fat and sodium is simply overwhelming.
Dinners for Life is the solution to all these issues. Our menu helps you reach your health goals by taking the guess-work out of selecting healthy foods, plus the dinners are perfect for the whole family. With everyone enjoying the same dinner, sticking to a healthy meal plan is just that much easier.
All Dinner for Life meals are approved by our Registered Dietitian and fit perfectly into the Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendations (should have a hover that provides a definition of this – “The Dietary Guidelines for Americans give science-based advice on food and physical activity choices for health.”). All of our dinners are specially designed to help individuals with a variety of health concerns achieve their dietary goals without the hassle.
